Our unique ‘3x3x3’ Matrix’ where you choose 3 Main Dishes and 3 Sides from the following Menu. We then prepare enough for your Guests so they can choose for themselves on the day.
Our Staff then serve the dishes to each Guest when they may then choose to have the dish either in a Bun, over Fries or Nachos, so there is plenty of choice.
Guests then choose Sides & Salads, etc. A selection of Sauces such as BBQ, Ketchup, Chilli, Mayo, Mustard, Chimichurri etc. is always available.
We automatically bring the Vegetarian Option around 10% of the total numbers of Guests.
