Mexico, with its over 200 types of Chilli, hundreds of variety of Corn, strange fruits herbs and vegetables it is impossible to cover every regional variety. We at EaT would like to offer a taste of the exciting Mexican cuisine. Starting with Market Food which many you may know, and some we would like you to try.

Burritos:

A large soft Tortilla wrap which you can put ANYTHING into, but basically: Rice+Beans+spiced Meat(Beef, Chicken,Pork)+Salsa+Cheese or Sour cream.

Tacos:

Smaller soft Tortillas (usually three…) and topped with a wide variety savoury spiced meats +Vegetables+Pickles+Salsa+Guacamole+Sour Cream+Chilli+

Fajitas:

Self build Open ended Soft Tortillas with Fresh grilled meat+Peppers
