Roma Styled Pizza
Thin and crunchy, which is why it is also known under the name scrocchiarella, (the crunchy one.). Baked fresh on site from our ‘trailered’ Wood-Fired Oven.
Served as a ‘Self-Serve - All You Can Eat’ option throughout the service period. We will serve quartered, from heated display on a ‘Grab’n’Go basis so guests may mix and match. We will prepare 3 or 4 of your choices from below to offer to your guests as they wish, on the day.

NOTE:
Our Wood Fired oven and service deck is mounted on a trailer. So, good access is required.
We serve Pizza di Bruno from a 3m x 4.5m gazebo, covering the trailer and the service area
To get the trailer in we need at least 2.5m width, and the trailer is 4.3m long.
